(finding 9) <br /> 2. In arder for a SPU #o be granted for the prc�pased project, the SPU General <br /> Evaluatian criteria must be s2ttisfied, (EMC 99.41.150_C) <br /> 3. General Criterion #1 requires showing of a need of the neighbarhood, district or <br /> city for a proposed SPU to be granted. The reuse of the existing structure on-site , <br /> will allow the structure to be used to meet the educational needs of the <br /> neighborhood, the district and the city. No expansion is proposed at this time. <br /> General Criterion #1 is satisfied, (finding 8) <br /> 4. The streets, utilities and public services that serve the site will be adequate. <br /> Building and Public Works permits are required. General Criterion #2 is satisfied. <br /> (frndings 8 and 9) <br /> 5. While traffic will be generated from the prapased use, there will be no significant <br /> increase in traffic. General Criterian #3 is satisfied. (frndings 9 and �1) <br /> 6. Adequate provisions have been made for off-street parking, on-site circulation <br /> and site access. General Criterion #4 is satisfied. (findings 10 and 93} <br /> 7. The proposed facility and development are compatible with the properties in the <br /> area. There wili be no new structures an-site with this phase of the develapment, <br /> and the size, height, location and setbacks of the proposal are consistent with the <br /> requirements. General Criterion #5 is satisfied. (findrngs 2, 94 and 18) <br /> 8. The number, size and location of signs wiil be consistent with the City of Everett <br /> standards.
