Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties (SEPA <br /> Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies). <br /> 2. This project is subject to Transportation Mitigation in accordance with Ordinance 3387-14 (codified <br /> as EMC 18.40) and subsequent revision. The Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the <br /> Ordinance and determine applicable mitigation fees and/or other requirements prior to building <br /> permit application. The actual charges and requirements shall be as per the information on the <br /> approved plans at the time of building permit issuance and the ordinance in effect at that time (SL;PA <br /> Transportation Policies). <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact <br /> on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). <br /> This determination assumes compliance with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental <br /> protection including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision <br /> was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br /> agency. This information is available to the public on request.
