Construction permits, inspections, and final approvals are required for this project from City of Everett <br /> Permit Services. <br /> 2. A Public Works Perinit is required for this project. Detailcd drawings in accordance with the current <br /> City of F,verett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development shall be <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department, shov��ing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br /> drainage, temporary construction erosion and sedimentation control (TESC), and all required <br /> improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is <br /> required prior to any permits being issued. All innprovements shall be completed, approved, and <br /> warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued,/final approval is granted. <br /> 3. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed State of Washington <br /> la,nd surveyor. <br /> 4. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 5. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 6. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be submitted to the <br /> City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 7. A DCDA is required at every Iire connection into the building. An RPBA is required on the domestic <br /> service and can be located in the Riser Room with a drain. A DCVA is required for irrigation. <br /> 8. Prior to deinolition of the existing building,please physically disconnect the existing water line on the <br /> customer side of the existing 2"tneter and obtain a Utility Permit from City of Everett for a sewer cap- <br /> of.f to cap existing side sewers at the property line. <br /> 9. As long as the student housing project is residential housing only, there will not be a need for <br /> pretreatment. However, if the new facility includes any centralized kitchen facilities other than what is in <br /> each unit, then requirements to install a grease removal system to serve those drains will apply. <br /> 10. Stormwater from the site shall be managed in accordance with the applicable City stormwater <br /> management requirements, including Policy 2-11, unless specifically instructed otherwise by the City. <br /> 11. The existing stormwater infrastructure at the nortli end of the alley, which collects runoff from the alley <br /> and routes it through the existing project's private stormwater system, shall be abandoned.
