ii. Individual business identification signs - Each business <br /> on the subject property may have only one non-illuminated <br /> wall sign which shall not exceed sixteen (16) square feet <br /> in area. All wall signs shall be of a similar style, <br /> color and letter height in accordance with an overall <br /> signage theme for any buildings constructed on the <br /> premises. Identification of businesses and occupants on <br /> the doors to offices or accessory warehouse areas shall <br /> be limited to a letter size not exceeding four (4) inches <br /> in height. <br /> D. Prohibited signs - The following types of signs shall be <br /> prohibited for the subject property: <br /> i. Off premise signs, except a site identification sign in <br /> accordance with paragraph A of this section, and <br /> directional signs in accordance with paragraph B of this <br /> section. <br /> ii. Pole signs. <br /> iii. Roof signs. <br /> iv. Monument signs. <br /> v. On premises ground signs, except one directory sign in <br /> accordance with paragraph C (1) of this section. <br /> vi. Internally illuminated signs, <br /> vii. Portable reader board signs. <br /> viii. Flashing, animated, scintillating signs or signs which <br /> give the illusion of movement. <br /> ix. Temporary or banner signs. <br /> x. Painted building wall signs. <br /> E. Signing modifications - Minor signing modifications may be <br /> approved by the Planning Director where it is demonstrated that <br /> the overall identification and internal directional needs will <br /> be served without reduction to the aesthetic quality of the <br /> development or adjoining properties. <br /> 8. PARKING <br /> A. Compact car parking will be evaluated on a site/user basis as <br /> directed by the City's Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications Manual. <br /> B. Handicapped parking spaces shall be provided at convenient <br /> locations. <br /> C. If the provision of access to the subject property through <br /> adjacent commercial properties results in the elimination of <br /> required parking for said adjacent properties, the number of <br /> such spaces shall be provided on the subject property for use <br /> by the adjacent properties. <br /> CONCOMITANT AGREEMENT - 6 <br />
