The face amount of life insurance and the principal sum of accidental death and 2 dismemberment insurance for an Appointive Officer age 70 or over shall each be equal to 3 one-half the applicable amounts determined above . 4 5. Long term disability insurance providing for 5 payment of an amount equal to 66 2/3% of the first $7500 of the Member ' s basic monthly 6 earnings reduced by any deductible benefits . The minimum monthly income shall be $50 . 00 monthly until age 70 . 7 8 6. Optional dependent life insurance covered at the Appointive Officer ' s expense . 9 7. Annual physical examinations for all 10 department heads . 11 8. A vision care plan for the Appointive Officer and his/her eligible dependents . 12 9. A chiropractic care plan for the Appointive 13 Officer and his/her eligible dependents . 14 C. The following days are hereby designated paid holidays for those Appointive Officers in pay 15 status on the day before and the day after the holiday : 16 New Year ' s Day 17 Martin Luther King ' s Birthday President ' s Day 18 Memorial Day Independence Day 19 Labor Day Veteran ' s Day 20 Thanksgiving Day Day After Thanksgiving Day 21 Christmas Day One Floating Holiday 22 D.
