• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 1 1. Swimming Pools $ 50.00 <br /> 2 2. Temporary Structures. The fee for temporary structures, such as <br /> mobile homes, commercial coaches, prefabricated structures, <br /> 3 modular structures, shall be one hundred dollars ($100) for one year <br /> or fraction thereof, and one hundred dollars ($100) for each <br /> 4 renewal; except, this fee shall not apply to any site where a valid <br /> building permit is in force, and construction is in progress. <br /> 5 <br /> 3. Combination Fees. When all permits, including building (as set <br /> 6 forth in Section 303(a)) plumbing and mechanical are issued on the <br /> same permit, then the plumbing and mechanical permit fee shall be <br /> 7 waived and when the plumbing and mechanical permits are issued <br /> on the same permit, the plumbing and mechanical may be waived. <br /> 8 However, equipment and fixture fees shall be paid as set forth by <br /> ordinance. <br /> 9 <br /> 4. Alternate Fees. When a building, plumbing or mechanical permit <br /> 10 is issued separately, the permit fee for each, together with all <br /> fixtures and equipment fees, shall be paid as set forth by <br /> 11 ordinance. <br /> 12 The determination of value or valuation under any of the provisions <br /> of this Code shall be made by the Building Official. The valuation <br /> 13 to be used in computing the permit and plan check fees shall be the <br /> total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued, <br /> 14 as well as all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, <br /> heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing systems and <br /> 15 any other permanent work or permanent equipment. <br /> 16 Where work for which a permit is required by this Code is started <br /> or proceeded with prior to obtaining said permit, the fee specified <br /> 17 in Table No. 3-A shall be doubled, but the payment of such double <br /> fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the <br /> 18 requirements of this Code in the execution of the work nor from <br /> any other penalties prescribed herein. <br /> 19 <br /> 5. Safety Inspection. On written request of the owner or his <br /> 20 authorized representative or agent, a safety inspection of any <br /> building will be conducted by the Chief Building Inspector, <br /> 21 Electrical Inspector, Plumbing/Mechanical Inspector and a <br /> representative of the Fire Marshal's Office to determine <br /> 22 compliance with the minimum requirements of this Code. A fee <br /> for this inspection shall be charged as follows: <br /> 23 <br /> 24 A. RESIDENTIAL <br /> 25 Single-Family $ 50.00 <br /> Duplex $ 75.00 <br /> 26 Tri-Plex through Six-Plex $ 100.00 <br /> Multi-Family (7 to 50 units) $ 100.00 <br /> 27 Plus $10 per unit over 6 <br /> Multi-Family (over 50 units) $ 540.00 <br /> 28 Plus $5 per unit over 50 Maximum of <br /> $ 1,000.00 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 3 <br />
