• <br /> • <br /> All access improvements must be provided in a manner acceptable to the <br /> City of Everett Public Works Department. <br /> 4. TRAFFIC ENGINEERING STUDY <br /> A formal Traffic Engineering study shall be prepared by a professional <br /> Traffic Engineer for the P.U.D. right-of-way and the impacted area of <br /> Everett Mall Way. City approval of this study shall occur prior to <br /> recording of this document and the associated rezone ordinance. This <br /> study must be coordinated with the City of Everett Traffic Engineer. <br /> 5. STORM WATER DRAINAGE <br /> Prior to grading the subject property, and prior to obtaining any <br /> building permits, the Owner shall submit a storm drainage analysis for <br /> the property for which a building permit has been requested, together <br /> with a proposal for mitigation and abatement of storm drainage impacts <br /> resulting from construction, development and occupancy. A detailed <br /> storm drainage plan for each phase of development shall be submitted <br /> for approval to the City Public Works Department as a part of each <br /> detailed site plan. The design, construction and maintenance of storm <br /> drainage facilities shall be in compliance with all applicable <br /> ordinances. <br /> The existing detention pond on Parcel A must be expanded to accommodate <br /> the increased runoff from both Parcels A and B. <br /> CONCOMITANT AGREEMENT - 4 <br />
