Pre-app reviews:
o The scope of Consultant review comments for pre-apps may vary by project, but
will typically include:
• Informing the applicant of minimum requirement applicability
• Reviewing historical on-site and downstream issues based on the City's
2017 Surface Water Comprehensive Plan
• Discussing redevelopment requirements
• Providing as-builts for the site
• Identifying potential issues or pitfalls that the developer may run into in
developing the site. (Does not include identifying solutions.)
o The typical time frame for pre-app review is 5 business days. If not attending,
comments are to be provided at least 2 business days before the meeting.
o The Consultant will attend the pre-app meetings for relatively large or complex
projects when asked by the City's Project Manager, when possible. Meeting
attendance is not needed for smaller or less complex projects. The Consultant
and City Project Manager will coordinate attendance at least 3 business days in
advance of a meeting, and the Consultant will attend the meeting when possible.
o As-built drawings for private properties will be available via links to be added on
the Map Everett website. City staff will provide access instructions to the
Consultant when the links become available on Map Everett.
City of Everett:2018-19 Permitting Services On-Call 4
