January 2018 <br /> 5.2 SEPA <br /> Perteet will assist to facilitate a SEPA determination with the City of Everett as lead.Perteet will prepare a SEPA <br /> Environmental Checklist for the project for submittal with permit documents. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • City of Everett will be the SEPA lead agency. <br /> • Everett Transit will coordinate and conduct public notice requirements. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft SEPA Environmental Checklist(hard copies as requested and in electronic format) <br /> • Final SEPA Environmental Checklist(hard copies as requested and in electronic format) <br /> Task 6—Site Civil Design (PS&E) <br /> 6.1 60% PS&E <br /> The 60%design will incorporate comments from the review of the conceptual design documents.At the 60% <br /> level,all elements of the project will be incorporated into the documents to produce a full preliminary set of PS&E <br /> documents. 60%plans will be submitted to the resource agencies for permitting and to the City of Everett for <br /> preliminary review as described in Task 5.1. <br /> Work Elements: <br /> In addition to the design elements described in other tasks,the following work elements will occur during the 60% <br /> design phase. <br /> • Review and address conceptual design comments and incorporate into the 60%design.A summary of <br /> comments and actions taken/responses will be provided with the 60%submittal. <br /> • Rendered Site Plan <br /> Prepare a color rendering of the site for use in public meetings and permit submittals.The rendered <br /> drawing will be produced once the conceptual review comments have been addressed and the site layout <br /> is set. <br /> • Site Preparation <br /> Identify work which must be conducted prior to beginning construction of the proposed facilities.This <br /> work generally includes elements like tree removal/protection,onsite infrastructure to be <br /> removed/protected/reused,pavement removal,and temporary security measures. <br /> • Erosion Control • <br /> Prepare erosion control design to minimize the discharge of sediment from the site.Erosion control <br /> measures will be designed in accordance with the current version of the Washington Department of <br /> Ecology's Stormwater Management Manual,Volume II. <br /> • Grading and Earthwork <br /> Identify proposed finished grades throughout the site which provide both surface drainage and user <br /> comfort.Grading will be based on the recommendations of the geotechnical report and the City of <br /> 10 <br /> • <br /> File location:X:\Everett,City of\Promo Efforts\20170146-Everett Station P&R Expansion\Promo\Business Development\Scope\Everett Transit Parking <br /> Lot_Scope2018-1-10.docx 9 2 <br />
