40-27 BUILDING PROJECT PERMITS <br />BRPH ARCHITECTS -ENGINEERS, INC. <br />B. The Contractor shall submit the following information to the Designer: <br />' 1. Potable Water System: <br />a. As-built/record drawings of the water distribution system, prepared and <br />signed and sealed by a surveyor licensed in the State of Washington. <br />b. Satisfactory bacteriological results on the water distribution system along <br />with a plan indicating the location of the sampling. <br />' 2. Wastewater Collection/Transmission System: <br />a. As-Built/Record drawings of the wastewater collection/transmission system, <br />including lift station, prepared and signed and sealed by a surveyor <br />licensed in the State of Washington. <br />b. Operation and Maintenance Manual. <br />' C. Letter certifying acceptable force main pressure testing. <br />3. Stormwater System: <br />' a. As-built/record drawings of stormwater facilities, prepared and signed and <br />sealed by a surveyor licensed in the State of Washington. <br />C. The Contractor's project responsibility shall extend to the final acceptance and <br />issuance of operating permits by the approval agencies or authorities and in some <br />cases could extend the time frame beyond that for final project acceptance. <br />3.5 SYSTEM SUBSTITUTIONS SUBSEQUENT TO PERMITTING <br />A. If the Builder proposes to substitute a system for use other than that detailed and <br />permitted by the Designer, he shall provide the Owner's Representative with all <br />necessary supportive data required to file for any required modification to the approved <br />permit. <br />3.6 CONFERENCES <br />A. The Contractor shall be aware of the requirements of the various local and state <br />agencies that could require their attendance at a special agency or authority pre - <br />construction conference. The Contractor shall set up all such meetings as required <br />with attendance by a representative of the Owner. <br />3.7 MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC <br />A. The Contractor shall be responsible for all around -the -clock maintenance of traffic both <br />on the site, as well as the adjoining roadways, as he affects such activities. This shall <br />conform to all the applicable requirements of the City ofEverett, and the State of <br />Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). The Contractor shall <br />submit a maintenance of traffic (MOT) plan to the Owner's Representative a minimum <br />of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of work. The Contractor shall make all <br />arrangements for inspection, layout, and safety review of the MOT in accordance with <br />local, County and WSDOT requirements as applicable. <br />C06922.001.00 <br />01 0550-3 <br />05-22-14 <br />
