Fasteners: Self -tapping screws, bolts, nuts, self-locking rivets and bolts, and other <br />suitable fasteners designed to withstand design loads. <br />2.4 FABRICATION <br />A. Metal wall panels shall be formed to overlap edges of adjacent panels which are then <br />mechanically attached through panel to supports using exposed fasteners. <br />B. Panels shall be factory formed. Field formed panels are not acceptable. <br />C. Trim Accessories: Provide manufacturer's standard extruded trim matching wall panel <br />material and finish.. <br />D. Mitered Corners: Structurally bonded , welded or riveted horizontal outside corners <br />matching metal wall panel material, profile and factory applied finish shall be fabricated <br />by metal wall panel manufacturer. <br />1. Field fabricated corners do not meet the requirements of this specification. <br />2.5 FINISHES <br />A. Steel: <br />1. Finish and Color: <br />a. Exposed Aluminum -Zinc Alloy -Coating; ASTM A792, Class AZ50 coating. <br />"Galvalume" or "Zincalume"protective coating. <br />1) Color: As selected by Architect from manufacturer's full range of <br />standard offerings. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.1 EXAMINATION <br />A. Examine substrates, areas, and conditions, with Installer present, for compliance with <br />requirements for installation tolerances, metal panel supports, and other conditions <br />affecting performance of the Work. <br />1. Examine wall framing to verify that panel support members and anchorage have <br />been installed within alignment tolerances required by metal wall panel <br />manufacturer. <br />a.
