Replace,at no additional cost to the Owner,all items damaged or lost by the Contractor <br /> with similar items that are comparable in all respects with those they are to replace, <br /> and which are adequate for the intended purpose. <br /> d. Existing Manhole Frames and Covers: Manhole frames and covers removed by the <br /> Contractor are the property of the Owner.
