Part 3.02-C, delete the fifth bullet in its entirety. Part 3.02-C, in the sixth bullet delete "topsoil" and replace with "bunker sand". Part 3.02-D, delete Paragraph "D." in its entirety and replace with the following: "D. All through-the-green areas are to be sand plated as identified on plans with approximately 3,966 CY of approved sand plating material; the topsoil from these areas shall be stripped as part of the Topsoil Management operation and used as shaping material, approximately 3,966 CY. Note: it is the Contractor's responsibility to save enough topsoil material to replace a minimum of 6" of topsoil planting medium in all disturbed areas outside the sand plating." Part 3.04-A-5, delete the second and third bullet and replace with the following: " - Fairway— Minimum 6" of approved sand plating - Tees — 6" of approved sand plating" Part 3.04-A, in sections 6 through 11, delete references to "F-10.1" and replace with "F-106" Part 3.04-A-7, delete the first bullet and replace with the following: "- Install new bunker sand sourced from Lane Mountain Company per the Bunker Details and Specifications. No topsoil replacement." Part 3.04-A-8, in the first bullet, delete "...32 11- 6 and 32 12 16.13." Part 3.04-A-10, delete the first sentence within the first bullet and replace with the following: "Per specifications load, haul, dump and spread approximately 3,966 CY of approved sand plating material to a uniform depth of six (6) inches." Part 3.04-A-11, delete the first bullet and replace with the following: "Load, haul, dump and spread approximately 7,868 CY of approved topsoil per Specifications from stockpile location to a uniform depth of six (6) inches. This area includes all disturbed areas outside of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, cart paths and ponds." Part 3.04, delete sections "B."and "C."in their entirety and replace with the following: "B. After all grading operations are complete and subgrade is approved by ENGINEER, including fairway and rough shaping, feature construction, cart path construction, irrigation, and drainage installation, approved topsoil material from stockpile shall be loaded, and delivered directly to the golf hole per Topsoil Management Plan F-106 for spreading per specifications or stockpiled in three or four (or as needed) appropriate locations. Note: Fairways and Tees receive approved plating sand, Greens receive approved green mix, Bunkers receive approved bunker sand and all other disturbed areas receive approved stripped topsoil. 1. Replace topsoil in areas designated on the Plans, as long as conditions allow that neither the subgrade nor the topsoil is wet or frozen enough to cause clodding or subgrade rutting; subgrade must have same surface drainage characteristics as proposed finished grade.
