Part 3.02-C, delete the fifth bullet in its entirety. <br /> Part 3.02-C, in the sixth bullet delete "topsoil" and replace with "bunker sand". <br /> Part 3.02-D, delete Paragraph "D." in its entirety and replace with the following: <br /> "D. All through-the-green areas are to be sand plated as identified on plans with <br /> approximately 3,966 CY of approved sand plating material; the topsoil from <br /> these areas shall be stripped as part of the Topsoil Management operation and <br /> used as shaping material, approximately 3,966 CY. Note: it is the Contractor's <br /> responsibility to save enough topsoil material to replace a minimum of 6" of <br /> topsoil planting medium in all disturbed areas outside the sand plating." <br /> Part 3.04-A-5, delete the second and third bullet and replace with the following: <br /> " - Fairway— Minimum 6" of approved sand plating <br /> - Tees — 6" of approved sand plating" <br /> Part 3.04-A, in sections 6 through 11, delete references to "F-10.1" and replace with "F-106" <br /> Part 3.04-A-7, delete the first bullet and replace with the following: <br /> "- Install new bunker sand sourced from Lane Mountain Company per the Bunker <br /> Details and Specifications. After all grading operations are complete and subgrade is approved by <br /> ENGINEER, including fairway and rough shaping, feature construction, cart <br /> path construction, irrigation, and drainage installation, approved topsoil material <br /> from stockpile shall be loaded, and delivered directly to the golf hole per Topsoil <br /> Management Plan F-106 for spreading per specifications or stockpiled in three <br /> or four (or as needed) appropriate locations. Note: Fairways and Tees receive <br /> approved plating sand, Greens receive approved green mix, Bunkers receive <br /> approved bunker sand and all other disturbed areas receive approved stripped <br /> topsoil. <br /> 1. Replace topsoil in areas designated on the Plans, as long as conditions <br /> allow that neither the subgrade nor the topsoil is wet or frozen enough to <br /> cause clodding or subgrade rutting; subgrade must have same surface <br /> drainage characteristics as proposed finished grade. <br /> Page 4 of 14 <br />
