C. After all grading operations are complete and subgrade is approved by ENGINEER for golf tees, including fairway and rough shaping, feature construction, cart path construction, irrigation, and drainage installation, approved plating sand material shall be delivered directly to the golf hole per Topsoil Management Plan F-106 for spreading per specifications or stockpiled in three or four (or as needed) appropriate locations. 2. Place plating sand in areas designated on the Plans, as long as conditions allow that neither the subgrade nor the topsoil is wet or frozen enough to cause clodding or subgrade rutting; subgrade must have same surface drainage characteristics as proposed finished grade." 11.Division 32, Section 32 40 21, Golf Course Feature Construction - Greens Part 2.02-B-1-e, delete Paragraph "e."in its entirety and replace with the following: "e. Peats (90:10 ratio) — The most commonly used organic component is a peat. It shall have a minimum organic matter content of 85% by weight as determined by loss on ignition (ASTM D 2974 Method D)." Part 2.02-E, delete Section "E."in its entirety and replace with the following: "E. Fertilizers: 1. For Greens - Soil Amendments shall be applied at the recommended rate based upon soil tests results. After soil amendments (if necessary) have been applied and IMMEDIATELY prior to planting, apply Lesco Elite Iron Plus Minors or Scotts/The Andersons STEP Hi Mag Minor Nutrients, or Approved Equal — 5-lbs. material per 1,000 SF and Lesco 18-24-12 Starter Fertilizer; or Scotts / The Andersons 19-25-5 Starter Fertilizer; or Lebanon NX-PRO 10-24-18 57% Meth-Ex 40 Greens Starter Fertilizer; or Best 6-20-20 High Performance Pre-Plant Fertilizer, or Approved Equal — 8-lbs. material per 1,000 SF. 2. In addition a nitrogen organic material such as "Milorganite" or an approved equal shall be applied at a rate of 1 lb. per 1000 SF." Part 3.02-A, delete reference to "D-104" and replace with "GD-103" Part 3.02-E, delete Section "E." in its entirety. Part 3.05-C, delete title and replace with "Organic Matter Selection (90:10 Sand to Peat mix ratio):" Part 3.07-A, add the following as a fourth sentence "Note — at no times shall any equipment leave the greens mix and come in contact with the pea gravel mix."
