Person: Includes individuals, associations, firms, companies, corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures. 40. Physical Completion: Physical Completion Date is the day all of the Work is physically completed on the Project. All documentation required by the Contract and required by law does not necessarily need to be furnished by the Contractor by this date. 41. Progress Schedule: A schedule prepared and maintained by Contractor, describing the sequence and duration of the activities comprising the Contractor's plan to accomplish the Work within the Contract Time. 42. Project: The undertaking to be performed under the provisions of the Contract. 43. Punch List: List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that are not in conformance with the Contract Documents,prepared after Substantial Completion. 44. RCW: Means the Revised Code of Washington. I 45. Samples: Physical examples of materials, Equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and which establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. 46. Schedule of Values: Allocation of Contract Sum to items of Work as provided in 9.1.1. Schedule of Values. 47. Shall: Required conduct. 48. Shop Drawings: All drawings, diagrams, illustrations, schedules, and other data or information, which are specifically prepared or assembled by or for Contractor and submitted by Contractor,to illustrate some portion of the Work. 49. Shown: Refers to information presented on the Drawings, with or without reference to the Drawings. 50. Site: Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by Owner that are designated for the use of Contractor. 51. Specifications: That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written descriptions of the technical features of materials, Equipment, construction systems, standards, and workmanship.
