March 9, 2016 <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, asked Parks Director Lori Cummings to <br /> provide an update in response to last week's concern by business owner <br /> Roxana Boroujerdi about Parks concessions. <br /> Lori Cummings reported that the City Parks Department does intend to <br /> provide an opportunity for mobile concessions in parks. She stated she <br /> has explained the process to Ms. Boroujerdi, owner of Fun Times Ice <br /> Cream, and does expect to receive a proposal from Ms. Boroujerdi. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Deputy City Attorney David Hall requested an executive session, <br /> anticipated to last no longer than five minutes, concerning a real estate <br /> matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Gary Watts, Everett, expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by <br /> City staff in controlling street-level problems on Smith Avenue. He also <br /> asked for staff assistance with some rearrangement of street traffic <br /> patterns and alley changes as well as continued vandalism in the area. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Option Agreement with Snohomish <br /> County Public Utility District No. 1 (PUD), to exercise the option <br /> after satisfactory completion of due diligence, and to take all other <br /> actions necessary to dose for the acquisition of property located at <br /> 2115 13th Street. <br /> This item was pulled from the agenda. <br /> 82 <br />
