• <br /> 2. Action by Other City Departments: <br /> The Planning Department will circulate copies of the proposed <br /> boundary line adjustment application to the City's Building and <br /> Public Works Departments. Each department shall comment within <br /> five (5) working days. <br /> 3. Factors Considered by City Departments: <br /> The city shall review the proposed boundary line adjustment to <br /> determine whether it meets the following criteria: <br /> a. All boundary line adjustments and lots resulting therefrom <br /> shall meet the standards specified in the Zoning Code and <br /> no lot created shall contain insufficient area and <br /> dimension to meet minimum requirements for width and area <br /> for a building; and <br /> b. Boundary lines may not be adjusted where the adjustment <br /> increases the number of lots. <br /> 4. Preliminary Decision: <br /> Boundary line adjustments shall be given preliminary approval, <br /> conditional approval or disapproval and returned to the applicant. <br /> D. Time Limits <br /> 1. Limitations on Approval: <br /> The applicant must have completed all conditions of preliminary <br /> approval and filed the final mylar drawing with the City within <br /> six (6) months following the date of preliminary approval. No <br /> extension for boundary line adjustments will be granted. <br /> E. Final Boundary Line Adjustment Submittal <br /> 1. Compliance with Preliminary Approval: <br /> Prior to submittal of any final drawings to the City for final <br /> approval, the applicant must demonstrate compliance with all of <br /> the conditions of preliminary approval. <br /> 2. Final Mylar Drawing: <br /> After the City has given the applicant preliminary approval, the <br /> applicant shall submit a final drawing prepared by a registered <br /> land surveyor, drawn in ink on Mylar, having a trimmed size of <br /> eight and one-half inches by fourteen inches and shall show the <br /> following features and information: <br /> a.
