• 2. Action by Other City Departments: The Planning Department will circulate copies of the proposed boundary line adjustment application to the City's Building and Public Works Departments. Each department shall comment within five (5) working days. 3. Factors Considered by City Departments: The city shall review the proposed boundary line adjustment to determine whether it meets the following criteria: a. All boundary line adjustments and lots resulting therefrom shall meet the standards specified in the Zoning Code and no lot created shall contain insufficient area and dimension to meet minimum requirements for width and area for a building; and b. Boundary lines may not be adjusted where the adjustment increases the number of lots. 4. Preliminary Decision: Boundary line adjustments shall be given preliminary approval, conditional approval or disapproval and returned to the applicant. D. Time Limits 1. Limitations on Approval: The applicant must have completed all conditions of preliminary approval and filed the final mylar drawing with the City within six (6) months following the date of preliminary approval. No extension for boundary line adjustments will be granted. E. Final Boundary Line Adjustment Submittal 1. Compliance with Preliminary Approval: Prior to submittal of any final drawings to the City for final approval, the applicant must demonstrate compliance with all of the conditions of preliminary approval. 2. Final Mylar Drawing: After the City has given the applicant preliminary approval, the applicant shall submit a final drawing prepared by a registered land surveyor, drawn in ink on Mylar, having a trimmed size of eight and one-half inches by fourteen inches and shall show the following features and information: a.
