Conditional Uses <br /> All conditional uses shall be in compliance with the City's SEPA <br /> Ordinance, Chapter 19.60 E.M.C. and all applicable regulations <br /> contained in herein. <br /> Notwithstanding Chapter 19.58 E.M.C. , the following conditional uses <br /> are permitted in the B-2(A) zone subject to a conditional use permit: <br /> 1.
