FLOOD FRINGE OVERLAY DISTRICT <br /> 21 <br /> There shall be two Flood Fringe Districts: The Commercial/Industrial <br /> 22 Flood Fringe District shall apply to floodplain fringe areas zoned Heavy <br /> Manufacturing (M-1) and to Smith and Spencer Islands where the <br /> 23 Commercial/Industrial Flood Fringe District controls in conjunction with <br /> the Shoreline Plan. The Agricultural Flood Fringe District shall apply to <br /> 24 floodplain fringe areas zoned Agricultural Use A-1 and that portion of <br /> Smith Island east of I-5 designated Rural in the Shoreline Plan. <br /> 25 <br /> 1.
