• <br /> 1 b. Any person is excluded by virtue of age from all or part of <br /> the premises generally held open to the public where such <br /> 2 material is displayed or sold. <br /> 3 "Stock in trade" for the purposes of this section shall mean all <br /> items, products or equipment readily available for purchase, rental, <br /> 4 viewing or use by patrons of the establishments excluding material <br /> • located in any storeroom or other portion of the premises not <br /> 5 regularly open to patrons. <br /> 6 11. Adult Sauna Parlor is a commercial sauna parlor which excludes <br /> any person by virtue of age from all or any portion of the premises. <br /> 7 <br /> 12. Adult Video Store is a retail establishment in which: <br /> 8 <br /> a. Ten percent of the "stock in trade" consists of prerecorded <br /> 9 video tapes, discs or similar material distinguished or <br /> 10 characterized by an emphasis on matter depicting, <br /> describing or relating to "specified sexual activities" or <br /> "specified anatomical areas"; or <br /> 11 <br /> b. Any person is excluded by virtue of age from all or part of <br /> 12 the premises generally held open to the public where such <br /> material is displayed or sold. <br /> 13 <br /> "Stock in trade" for the purposes of this section shall mean all <br /> 14 prerecorded video tapes, discs or similar material readily available <br /> 15 for purchase, rental, viewing or use by patrons of the establishment <br /> excluding material located in any storeroom or other portion of the <br /> 16 premises not regularly open to patrons. <br /> 17 13. Specified Anatomical Areas means: <br /> 18 a. Less than completely and/or opaguely covered human <br /> genitals, pubic region, buttock, or female breast below a <br /> 19 point immediately above the top of the areola. <br /> 20 b. Human male genitals in a discernably turgid state, even if <br /> completely or opaguely covered. <br /> 21 14. Specified Sexual Activities means: <br /> 22 a. Acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse or sodomy; <br /> 23 b. Fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic <br /> 24 region, buttock or female breast; <br /> 25 c. Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal. <br /> 26 15. Tattoo Studio is a commercial establishment or business which <br /> provides the services of marking the skin with designs, words, <br /> 27 patterns or compositions by pricking and marking the skin with <br /> pigments. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 B. REQUIREMENTS. <br /> 30 1. Adult entertainment facilities shall only be permitted within the <br /> City within the C-2 zone and not within any other zone.
