1 a. The adult entertainment facility is located within an area <br /> 2 which is zoned C-2; <br /> 3 b. The adult entertainment facility is not located closer than <br /> four hundred feet (400') to another adult entertainment <br /> 4 facility whether such facility is located within or outside <br /> the City limits. Such distance shall be measured by <br /> 5 following a straight line from the nearest point of public <br /> entry into the structure which will house the proposed adult <br /> 6 entertainment facility to the nearest point of public entry <br /> into the structure housing another adult entertainment <br /> facility; <br /> 7 <br /> 8 c. The adult entertainment facility is not located within the <br /> area circumscribed by a circle which has a radius consisting <br /> 9 of the following distances from the following specified uses <br /> or zones: <br /> 10 1. Within two thousand feet (2,0009 of any single family <br /> 11 residential zone; <br /> 12 2. Within eight hundred feet (800') of any multiple <br /> family residential zone; <br /> 13 3. Within one thousand six hundred feet (1,600') of any <br /> 14 public or private school; <br /> 15 4. Within eight hundred feet (800') of any church or <br /> other religious facility or institution; <br /> 16 5. Within one thousand feet (1,000') of any public park <br /> 17 or school athletic facility; <br /> 8 6. Within four hundred feet (400') of an entry corridor of <br /> the City which (for purposes of this ordinance) <br /> 19 includes the following streets: Hewitt, Everett, <br /> Pacific, Broadway, Rucker and Colby; <br /> 20 7. Within one thousand feet (1000') of a convention <br /> 21 facility. <br /> 22 d. For purposes of measuring the distances provided in <br /> Subsections c, they shall be measured by following a straight <br /> 23 line, without regard to intervening buildings, from the <br /> nearest point of the property parcel upon which the <br /> 24 proposed use is to be located, to the nearest point of the <br /> parcel of property or the land use district boundary line <br /> 25 from which the proposed land use is to be separated. <br /> 26 2. Signs. In addition to complying with Chapter 47.42 RCW, <br /> EMC 16.16 and EMC 16.20, all adult entertainment facility signing <br /> 27 must comply with the following: <br /> 28 a. An adult entertainment facility shall be limited to one pole <br /> sign and one wall sign located on the exterior of the <br /> 29 structure. <br /> 30 b. Pole Sign: <br /> 31 1. The pole sign must be an identification sign which is <br /> defined as a sign which carries only the name of the <br /> 32 firm or enterprise located on the premises. <br /> -5- <br />
