• <br /> 1 a passenger loading zone during hours when the regulations applicable to the loading <br /> 2 zone are effective, and then only for a period not to exceed three minutes. <br /> 3 Section 11: Standing in Loading Zone. <br /> 4 A. No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of <br /> 5 time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of <br /> 6 property in any place marked as a loading zone during hours when the provisions <br /> 7 applicable to such zone are in effect. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading <br /> 8 of property exceed thirty minutes. <br /> 9 B. The driver of a vehicle may stop temporarily at a loading zone for the <br /> 10 purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers when such <br /> 11 stopping does not interfere with any vehicle which is waiting to enter or about to enter <br /> 12 such zone to load or unload property. <br /> 13 Section 12: Standing in a Tow-Away Zone. <br /> 14 No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in a place marked as a tow-away <br /> 15 zone during hours when the provisions applicable to such zone are in effect. <br /> 16 Section 13: Standing in a Fire Lane. <br /> 17 No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in a place marked as a fire lane <br /> 18 approved by the City. <br /> 19 Section 14: Parking Not to Obstruct Traffic. <br /> 20 A. No person shall park a vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under <br /> 21 such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for <br /> 22 free movement of vehicular traffic. <br /> 23 B. No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in such <br /> 24 position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property or obstruct the free <br /> 25 movement of vehicular traffic. <br /> 26 Section 15: Standing in Truck Loading Zone. <br /> 27 No person shall stop, stand or park a truck licensed commercial vehicle for any <br /> 28 purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and loading of <br /> 29 property in a truck load zone during the hours the zone restriction is in effect, and then <br /> 30 in no case shall such parking for loading and unloading of property exceed thirty <br /> 31 <br /> 32 -12- <br />
