CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> Payment for crushed surfacing top course will be by the ton of material placed and <br /> approved by the Inspector. <br /> ' Bid Item 35 - Temporary Pavement Patch <br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Square Yard (SY) <br /> Measurement for Temporary Pavement Patch shall be by the square yard placed within the <br /> sawcut neatlines limits of dimensions defined in the Work, descriptions for other bid items, <br /> shown on the Plans, or COE Standard Drawings, or as otherwise approved by the <br /> Engineer. <br /> The unit price per square yard for Temporary Pavement Patch in accordance with Standard <br /> Specifications, 5-06.3(6) of these Special Provisions and as shown on the Plans shall be <br /> full compensation for all work necessary to complete Temporary Pavement Patch in <br /> accordance with these specifications. <br /> Regardless of duration or sequence of work, this item will be measured and paid one time. <br /> Bid Item 36 - Cement Concrete Pavement Base Type III (H.E.S.) for Trench Patch <br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Square Yard (SY) <br /> Measurement for Cement Concrete Pavement, Type III (H.E.S.) shall be per square yard as <br /> delineated by the Contractor and approved by the Inspector prior to removal. <br /> The unit price per square yard for Cement Concrete Pavement Base, Type III (H.E.S), shall <br /> be full compensation for all materials, tools, labor and equipment necessary to complete <br /> the Work in accordance with the Plans, COE Standard Drawings, Section 5 of the Standard <br /> Specifications and 5-06.3 and 5-06.3 of these Special Provisions. <br /> Bid Item 37 - Cement Concrete Pavement Patch <br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Square Yard (SY) <br /> Measurement shall be per square yard. <br /> The unit price per square yard for Cement Concrete Pavement Patch shall be full <br /> compensation for all materials, tools, labor and equipment necessary to complete the work <br /> in accordance with the Plans, COE Standard Drawings, Section 5 of the Standard <br /> Specifications and 5-06.3 and 5-06.3 of these Special Provisions. <br /> Bid Item 38 - HMA, CL 1/2" PG 64-22 for Permanent Trench Patch <br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Ton (TON) <br /> Measurement for HMA, CL 1/2" PG 64-22 shall be by the ton, recorded on certified weight <br /> tickets in accordance with 1-09.2 WEIGHING EQUIPMENT for HMA placed within the limits <br /> of dimensions defined in the Work or shown on the Plans, Standard Specifications, Section <br /> 5-06 of these Special Provisions, or as otherwise approved by the Engineer. The <br /> measurement and payment limits for measuring the width of this bid item shall not exceed <br /> the saw-cut limits shown on the Drawings.
