Ramps shall not be closed on consecutive <br /> 33 interchanges at the same time, unless approved by the Engineer. Lanes and ramps <br /> 34 shall be closed for the minimum time required to complete the Work. When paving hot <br /> 35 mix asphalt the Contractor may apply water to the pavement to shorten the time <br /> 36 required before reopening to traffic. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 1-10.3(2)C Lane Closure Setup/Takedown <br /> 39 The following new paragraph is inserted before the last paragraph: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Channelization devices shall not be moved by traffic control personnel across an open <br /> 42 lane of traffic.
