1 The lump sum Contract price for "Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention" <br /> 2 shall be full pay to perform the Work as described in Section 8-01 except for costs <br /> I <br /> 3 compensated by Bid Proposal items inserted through Contract Provisions as <br /> 4 described in Section 8-01.4(2). Progress payments for the lump sum item "Erosion <br /> 5 Control and Water Pollution Prevention" will be made as follows: <br /> I 6 <br /> 7 1. The Contracting Agency will pay 15 percent of the bid amount for the initial <br /> 8 set up for the item. Initial set up includes the following: <br /> 19 <br /> 10 a. Acceptance of the TESC Plan provided by the Contracting Agency or <br /> 11 submittal of a new TESC Plan, <br /> I 12 <br /> 13 b. Submittal of a schedule for the installation of the BMPs, and <br /> 14 <br /> c. Identifying water quality sampling locations. <br /> I15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 2. 70 percent of the bid amount will be paid in accordance with Section 1- <br /> 18 09.9. <br /> I 19 <br /> 20 3.
