Proof of certification shall be worn at all times in <br /> 11 accordance with WAC 296-46B-942. Persons failing to meet these certification <br /> 12 requirements may not perform any electrical work, and shall stop any active electrical <br /> 13 work, until their certification is provided and worn in accordance with this Section. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 8-20.3(4) Foundations <br /> 16 The second sentence of the first paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Concrete for Type II, Ill, IV, V, and CCTV signal standards and light standard <br /> 19 foundations shall be Class 4000P and does not require air entrainment. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 8-20.3(5)A General <br /> 22 The last two sentences of the last paragraph is deleted. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 This section is supplemented with the following: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 All conduits shall include a pull tape with the equipment grounding conductor. The pull <br /> 27 tape shall be attached to the conduit near the end bell or grounded end bushing, or to <br /> 28 duct plugs or caps if present, at both ends of the conduit. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 8-20.3(8) Wiring <br /> 111 <br /> 31 The seventeenth paragraph is supplemented with the following: <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Pulling tape shall meet the requirements of Section 9-29.1(10). Pull string may not be <br /> 34 used. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 8-22.AP8 <br /> 37 Section 8-22, Pavement Marking <br /> 38 August 7, 2017 <br /> 39 8-22.3(6) Removal of Pavement Markings , <br /> 40 This section is revised to read: <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Pavement markings to be removed shall be obliterated until all blemishes caused by <br /> 43 the pavement marking removal conform to the coloration of the adjacent pavement. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Grinding to remove pavement markings in their entirety is allowed in areas designated <br /> 46 for applications of either Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) or Bituminous Surface Treatment <br /> 47 (BST).
