1 <br /> CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> Bid Item 21 - Storm Drain Pipe, 6-Inch <br /> 111 Bid Item 22 - Storm Drain Pipe, 8-Inch <br /> Bid Item 23 - Storm Drain Pipe, 12-Inch <br /> Bid Item 24 - Storm Drain Pipe, 18-Inch <br /> Bid Item 25 - Storm Drain Pipe, 24-Inch <br /> Bid Item 26 - Storm Drain Pipe, 30-Inch <br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Linear Foot <br /> The unit price per linear foot bid for the type and size of storm drain pipe shall be full <br /> compensation for all labor, material, incidentals, tools and equipment necessary to <br /> complete the work as defined in these Contract Documents. <br /> The unit price per linear foot of storm drain pipe shall be full compensation for furnishing, <br /> hauling, and assembling in place the completed installation, including all wyes, tees, <br /> special fittings, joint materials and adjustment of inverts and connections to inlets, catch <br /> basins and manholes for the completion of the installation to the required lines and grades. <br /> The unit price of storm drain pipe shall also include, but not be limited to; all costs for trench <br /> excavation; hauling and disposing of surplus material; dewatering; storm water flow <br /> bypassing; furnishing, stockpiling, hauling placing and compacting of suitable native <br /> backfill; cleaning and flushing pipes and existing structures; testing and inspecting pipe; <br /> pipe separation pads; connecting pipe to existing structures; reconnecting existing storm <br /> drains; and replacing, protecting, and maintaining utilities. <br /> All costs associated with abandoning existing storm drainage pipe as indicated on the plans <br /> including plugging and/or removal and disposal shall be included in the unit price for this <br /> bid item. <br /> Bid Item 27 - Inlet <br /> Bid Item 28 - Catch Basin, Type 1 <br /> Bid Item 29 - Catch Basin, Type 1L <br /> Bid Item 30 - Catch Basin, Type 2, 48-inch DIA <br /> Bid Item 31 - Catch Basin, Type 2, 54-inch DIA <br /> Bid Item 32 - Catch Basin, Type 2, 60-inch DIA <br /> Bid Item 33 - Catch Basin, Type 2, 72-inch DIA <br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each <br /> The unit price per each for the inlet or the type and size of catch basin shall be full <br /> compensation for all labor, material, incidentals, tools and equipment necessary to <br /> satisfactorily complete the work as defined in these Contract Documents. <br /> The unit price for each inlet and catch basin shall be full compensation for furnishing, <br /> hauling, and assembling in place the completed installation including inlets, catch basins, <br /> frames and grates, adjustment sections, pipe connections, special fittings, and joint <br /> materials up to a depth of 10-ft as measured from the flowline of the outlet pipe to the <br /> surface of the Work measured to the nearest foot. <br /> North Wetmore Stormwater Separation February, 2018 <br /> WO No-UP3659 Division B-BID ITEM DESCRIPTIONS <br /> ' SP-9 <br />
