Create new item#36, titled"Landscaping and Irrigation Restoration", for work involved in the restoration of landscaping and irrigation systems, for which costs will be tracked via the force account method. Add an anticipated cost of$43,000.00 to the contract for this new item#36. Item#37-Removal of Structures and Obstructions Revised. Create new item#37 titled"Revised Removal of Structures and Obstructions" in the new lump sum amount of$24,951.31,resulting in a $24,951.31 contract price increase. Item#38—Revised Sheeting, Shoring, Bracing and Noise Wall Protection at R4 Site. Create new item#38 titled"Revised Sheeting, Shoring, Bracing and Noise Wall Protection at R4 Site"in the new lump sum amount of$96,105.07, resulting in a $96,105.07 contract price increase. Item#39—Revised Temporary Sewer Flow Bypassing at R4 site. Create new item#39 titled "Revised Temporary Sewer Flow Bypassing @ R4 Site" in the new lump sum amount of$44,449.81, resulting in a$44,449.81 contract price increase. Existing bid Items being deleted or modified by change order#1 are as follows: Bid Item #7—Removal of Structures and Obstructions. Delete this lump sum bid item from the contract in the amount of$28,952.55, resulting in a ($28,952.55) contract price decrease. Bid Item#9— Sheeting, Shoring, Bracing and Noise Wall Protection at R4 Site.
