Introduction to the Matrix Consulting Group <br /> The Matrix Consulting Group's only business focus is the provision of organization, <br /> staffing and management analytical services to the public sector. While we work with all <br /> types of public sector entities, over 95% of our clients are local governments. Our <br /> philosophy in providing management consulting services is to address our clients' issues <br /> and needs in a fact-based manner that not only solves immediate problems, but also <br /> provides management and staff with implementation assistance and ways to continue to <br /> manage effectively into the future. <br /> The following points provide specific information regarding the firm's background, focus <br /> and composition: <br /> • The Matrix Consulting Group was founded in 2002 and is an independent <br /> organization, not a subsidiary of any firm. <br /> • The firm is domestically incorporated in California. Our headquarters are in <br /> Northern California (in Mountain View) with a satellite office in Irvine. In addition, <br /> we have regional offices in Washington, Oregon, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas <br /> and Massachusetts. <br /> • Our only market and service focus is management, staffing and operations <br /> analysis of local government. <br /> • We currently have 18 full-time and 8 part-time staff. <br /> Since our creation, we have developed a reputation for in-depth analysis, quality and <br /> responsiveness with our local government clients. <br /> 2. Our Management Studies Philosophy <br /> Our firm's reputation is based on providing detailed analysis through extensive data <br /> collection, input and interaction with our clients.
