<br /> The City will receive recognition on all advertising in the above budget for all five
<br /> shows. Notes: a)These expenses will be incurred between February 1 and
<br /> December 31, 2018 for 4 shows, but the City will be recognized on all 5 shows for a
<br /> total budget of$1,548,134; b) Disney's Newsies expenses are incurred prior to
<br /> January 1, 2018 (to promote the January performances); these are shown only as
<br /> match; c)This part of the marketing budget primarily promotes the full season. The
<br /> City will be recognized on most of the print materials. Web advertising with Seattle
<br /> Pl.com, The Seattle Times, and MogoArts is based on unit rates per show for sliding
<br /> billboards and retargeting impressions that range in cost from $1,200 to $11,500.
<br /> Transit ads with Intersection will run for about three months each for all five shows,
<br /> and will blanket the Seattle, North King, and Snohomish County market at costs that
<br /> range from $2,342- $7,412. The enclosed marketing budget contains specific line
<br /> item details for these and postcard printings, mailhouse, and postage fees.
<br /> The 2017/18 Contract (Management Fee) between the City of Everett and Village
<br /> Theatre in the amount $306,285.91offsets a portion of production costs at EPAC.
