7. No traffic will be generated to the facility. Only one vehicular maintenance truck <br /> will visit tha facility. The facility wfll not create a signi(icant impact on treffic. <br /> (exhibit 1, Ingalsl�e testimuny) <br /> B. One oif-street parking spac, is required by code to servo the proposed facility. <br /> The site has adequate area for this parking area. Adequata parking is available. <br /> (exhibit 1) <br /> 9. AntPnnas would be placed on the top of Ihe pole and would be camouflaged or <br /> screened to blend in with the pole. There would be four 4" conduits extending <br /> from the base of the polc� to the three antennas. The pole �vould bo compatible <br /> with other properties in the area. (exhibit 1) <br /> 10. The equipmant will be enclosed in a solid green ience and vegetation will be <br /> placed around the fence. The pole will blend in with the adjoining properties. <br /> (exhibit 1) <br /> 11. Construclion will create some irritants o(noise, smoke, dust, odor, glare, and <br /> visual blight. The communication fac.ility would not generate a significant amount <br /> of visuai blight, and the proposal �s consistent with the regulations of the City of <br /> EveretL (exhibit 1) <br /> 14. The subject property h3s an Everett General Comprehensive Plan designation of <br /> 4.4, Mixed Usc Commercial - Muitiple-Family. (ezhibit 1) <br /> 1��.
