4.1.7 Front and Rear Sill <br /> Open section with extended floor support flange. Sill material-3 mm corten steel. Front <br /> and Rear sill section shall be symmetrical. <br /> 4.1.8 Bottom Corner fittings <br /> Steel casting hollow cube with 8mm thickness except top plate is 15mm thickness. Each <br /> bottom corner fitting shall have one aperture underneath, one aperture at end for <br /> securing, which allows common lifting device to hook on. Four M12 holes on top plate <br /> for connecting to the corner post. One hole on top plate for the dowel pin to go through. <br /> 4.2 Roof <br /> Each roof shall comprise of four corner fittings,two top rails,two headers,one set corrugated <br /> roof sheet,three (3) lashing rings in each header and three(3) lashing rings inside each top rail. <br /> The roof corrugations shall have spacing to allow the current PODS unit to stack on top by <br /> supporting its nine(9)wood crossmembers. <br /> 4.2.1 Top Corner fittings <br /> Steel casting hollow cube with 8mm thickness except bottom plate is 15mm thickness. <br /> Each top corner fitting shall have one M12 threaded hole on top for the roof lifting <br /> eyebolt. Four M12 holes on bottom plate for connecting to the corner post. One hole on <br /> bottom plate for the dowel pin to fixed in. <br /> 4.2.2 Top Side Rail <br /> The top side rail shall be 3mm thickness 60 x 110mm rectangle hollow section tube welded to both <br /> end of corner fittings. <br /> Lashing ring: three(3)zinc plated steel D ring riveted to the top side rail. <br /> Supporting bracket: six(6)short brackets(150mm long)and one(1)long bracket(450mm <br /> long in the middle)welded on top of each side rail where the current <br /> PODS unit wood cross members locate. <br /> 4.2.3 Header <br /> Open section formed with 3 mm Corten steel. Front and Rear header section shall be <br /> symmetrical. <br /> Lashing ring: Three(3)hot rolled"U"bars welded in the header. <br /> 4.2.4 Roof Panel <br /> 20 mm minimum depth corrugated panel with five (5) large corrugations maximum per <br /> panel. Four(4) panels with 1.6mm thickness butt welded into one sheet then continuous <br /> welded on top of the headers and top rails. Roof panel shall be cambered 5mm above at center <br /> to ensure complete water drainage. <br /> 4.3 Corner posts <br /> Single open "L" shaped pressing. Gauge : 3.0 mm. <br /> Incorporating three (3) 10.0 mm dia. lashing bars per post evenly spaced and welded inside <br /> of the post. <br /> Two (2)8mm casting Cap plates welded to both ends of the post.
