4.4 Side Walls <br /> Each side wall shall comprise of one whole sheet of 15mm PP honeycomb,four(4)translucent <br /> windows,three (3) mid-posts and aluminum retainer with gasket all around the wall panel. <br /> 4.4.1 Side Wall Panel <br /> One whole sheet of PP honeycomb of size 15mm x 4554mm x 2140mm fixed in the groove of <br /> the aluminum retainer that pre-fixed to the steel frames(base, roof and corner posts)with <br /> rivets. Each wall panel shall have four(4)window opening close to the top and evenly spaced. <br /> External side of the wall panel shall have UV resistant coating and internal side will be its natural <br /> color. <br /> 4.4.2 Mid-Posts (3 each per side wall) <br /> Single open "C" shaped pressing. Gauge : 3.0 mm.Size: 120 x 30mm. <br /> Two (2)6mm cap plates welded to both ends of the post. Each cap plate shall have two <br /> 012mm holes for the connecting bolt. <br /> Three(3) Lashing rings bolted in each mid-post by M8 hex head bolt where the nut buried <br /> and glued in the honeycomb panel. <br /> 4.4.3 Windows (4 each translucent windows per side wall) <br /> Rigid PVC frames. External frame glued onto the honeycomb panel and internal frame click <br /> into the external frame and secured with six(6) self-tapping screws. <br /> PVC frames hold one piece of the foggy translucent plastic window sheet in the middle. <br /> 4.4 End Wall <br /> Each side wall shall comprise of one whole sheet of 15mm PP honeycomb,two (2)translucent <br /> windows,one (1) mid-post,two (2) plastic ventilators and aluminum retainer with gasket all <br /> around the wall panel. <br /> 4.4.1 End Wall Panel <br /> One whole sheet of PP honeycomb of size 15mm x 1978mm x 2156mm fixed in the groove of <br /> the aluminum retainer that pre-fixed to the steel frames(base, roof and corner posts)with <br /> rivets. Each wall panel shall have two (2)window openings close to the top and evenly spaced. <br /> There shall be two (2)ventilation holes on the outer side of each window.
