This citation sets forth who is responsible for the violations <br /> (Respondent), the location and zoning of the property, the conditions that are noted to <br /> exist, the EMC sections that are being violated, what must be done to eliminate the <br /> violations and the deadline by which the violations must be eliminated. Violations &EMC Sections <br /> Inspection of the property reveals the following conditions and violations: <br /> A steel and concrete stairway in the back of the apartment building that extends <br /> from the upper floor units to the parking area behind the building has been repaired. <br /> however the tread rise is uneven and no guard rail exists on one side of the stairs. <br /> An adjacent concrete stairway that serves the lower units in the back of the building <br /> is lacking required handrails.
