Violations &EMC Sections <br /> Inspection of the property reveals the following conditions and violations: <br /> A steel and concrete stairway in the back of the apartment building that extends <br /> from the upper floor units to the parking area behind the building has been repaired. <br /> however the tread rise is uneven and no guard rail exists on one side of the stairs. <br /> An adjacent concrete stairway that serves the lower units in the back of the building <br /> is lacking required handrails.
