1 c. Names and right-of-way widths of all streets; <br /> 2 d. Number of each lot and each block; <br /> 3 e. Description of private covenants or special plat restrictions; <br /> 4 f. Location, dimensions and purpose of any easements; <br /> 5 g. Location and description of monuments; <br /> 6 h. Datum elevations and primary control points approved by <br /> the Public Works Department. Descriptions and ties to all <br /> control points will be shown with dimensions, angles and <br /> 7 bearings; and <br /> 8 i. Designation by phantom letters of the lots(s) existing prior <br /> 9 to the boundary line adjustment and designation by solid <br /> letters of the proposed lots. <br /> 10 j. A certification by the surveyor that it is a true and correct <br /> 11 representation of the lands actually surveyed in accordance <br /> with State law and City requirements. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 6. Recordation. Once the Final Drawing has been approved by the <br /> City, the applicant shall be responsible for recording the boundary <br /> line adjustment with the Snohomish County Auditor and submitting <br /> 14 satisfactory proof to the Planning Department. The boundary line <br /> adjustment shall not be final until proof of the recording is <br /> 15 submitted to the City. <br /> 16 7. Appeal. Any applicant aggrieved by the decision of the <br /> Planning Department relating to a boundary line adjustment, may <br /> 17 request review by the Hearing Examiner. Such request must be <br /> made in writing to the City Clerk within twenty working days from <br /> 18 the date of denial. <br /> 19 <br /> Section 4: Ordinance No. 517-78 is hereby amended by the addition of the <br /> 20 <br /> following section: <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Acceptance. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to accept any <br /> improvements and/or right-of-way dedication required in this Chapter on <br /> 23 behalf of the City. <br /> 24 <br /> Section 5: Ordinance No. 517-78 is hereby amended by the addition of the <br /> 25 <br /> following section: <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Improvements. At the time of final acceptance of the improvements, the <br /> applicant shall provide a one year's warranty bond at the established final <br /> 28 cost of the improvements. <br /> 29 <br /> Section 6: Ordinance No. 517-78, Section 230 which now reads as follows: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> -5- <br />
