Scope of Work <br /> Task 1 TMDL Support <br /> City staff will provide BC with all available data on the North, Wood, and Swamp Creek <br /> TMDL monitoring programs, including the Word files containing the QAPPs. BC will <br /> review the data and meet with City staff to discuss the findings and potential changes in <br /> the City's monitoring methods to align with TMDL requirements. <br /> BC will prepare draft revisions to the QAPPs based on the data review and meeting with <br /> City staff. BC will participate in a conference call to discuss the City comments. BC will <br /> then revise its sections of the QAPPs. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • E-mail summary of meeting <br /> • Draft QAPP revisions in tracked changes <br /> • Revised QAPP changes <br /> Assumptions for Cost Estimate <br /> • The City will compile the existing QAPPs and other existing information relevant <br /> to the TMDLs, including geospatial and tabular datasets. <br /> • The City will provide Word files containing the QAPPs, and insert comments <br /> where needed to note instances where the QAPPs may need to be revised to <br /> reflect current practices. <br /> • The City will provide GIS data in ESRI ArcGIS shapefile or geodatabase formats, <br /> including sampling locations and features incorporated into the QAPP figures. <br /> • Two BC staff will participate in a two-hour review meeting at the City's offices. <br /> • BC will prepare one draft and one revised version of the QAPP updates. <br /> Task 2 Voluntary Monitoring Support <br /> The City will provide BC with information on its voluntary monitoring program, including <br /> locations, methods, parameters, frequencies, and results. BC will review this information <br /> and summarize the key findings in a brief TM. BC will meet with City staff to discuss the <br /> TM and identify any remaining questions or data gaps that could warrant additional <br /> monitoring, and prioritize the remaining questions or data gaps (e.g., "Do E. coli <br /> concentrations in City creeks and Silver Lake exceed proposed state criteria?). We will <br /> also discuss the level of City resources expected to be available for voluntary <br /> monitoring. <br /> BC will prepare a brief e-mail summarizing the key points of the meeting, particularly our <br /> understanding of the City's monitoring questions and priorities. City staff will review and <br /> comment on the summary and clarify or confirm BC's understanding of your monitoring <br /> needs and priorities. <br /> 6/6/2 018 2 <br />
