There is hereby adopted as part of this salary ordinance, a longevity schedule for full-time employees covered by the AFSCME labor contract 12 under a three-step classification based on years of service as follows: 13 After completion of 4 years, $25.00 per month. 14 After completion of 8 years, $50.00 per month. 15 After completion of 12 years, $75.00 per month. 16 After completion of 16 years, $100.00 per month. 17 B. There is hereby adopted as part of this salary ordinance, a longevity 18 schedule for full-time employees covered by the AFSCME labor contract 19 under a five-step classification based on years of service as follows: 20 After completion of 5 years, $25.00 per month. 21 After completion of 8 years, $50.00 per month. 22 After completion of 12 years, $75.00 per month.
