This requirement <br /> shall be waived for multiple family structures which may locate all required <br /> parking spaces in excess of one (1) per dwelling unit in off-street parking <br /> facilities located not more than three hundred (300) feet from the structure. <br /> Required off street parking for accessory retail businesses and services <br /> shall be no less than 25% of the amount specified in Section 17. <br /> AND, that Section 12 of Ordinance No. 3572 as amended by Ord. 3971 which now reads: <br /> A. DECLARATION OF PURPOSE: <br /> The purpose and function of the B-3 Zone is to provide for and protect <br /> a certain area of the City as a central business district for the entire Everett <br /> urban area. <br /> B. PERMITTED USES: <br /> 1. R-2 permitted Uses with R-2 standards. <br /> 2. R-4 permitted Uses with R-4 standards. <br /> 3. Retail stores, personal service establishments, department stores, <br /> furniture and appliance stores. <br /> 4. Restaurants, cafes, and grills (including dancing and entertainment); <br /> bars, taverns, cabarets, cocktail lounges and nightclubs; billiard and <br /> pool halls. <br /> 5. Banks and financial establishments. <br /> 6. Business and professional offices, general professional services, office <br /> buildings. <br /> 7. Newspaper offices, job printing establishments. <br /> 8. Household appliance repair stores, heating and plumbing supply stores. <br /> 9. Similar retail and service businesses catering directly to the consumer. <br /> 10. Hotels and motels. <br /> 11. Automobile service stations. <br /> 12. Off-street parking facilities. <br /> 13. Automobile sales, new and used (including servicing and repairing <br /> if enclosed) as provided in Section 18. <br /> 14. Billboards and outdoor advertising devices. <br /> 15.
