An Annual Bank Analysis Statement will be provided following year-end (December 31) <br /> showing comparative data for the year by month and by major service cost category to <br /> be identified by the City. This information will be "actual" data and shall include columns <br /> for units processed and collected, and ledger balances. This report will be provided at <br /> no additional cost to the City. <br /> U.S. Bank's Monthly Account Analysis Statement includes 12 months of cumulative <br /> summary data on a monthly basis. A separate annual Account Analysis Report is not <br /> produced by U.S. Bank. <br /> 2. Resource Personnel <br /> The financial institution shall identify personnel in both the City of Everett branch and <br /> main office who are available during normal working hours to answer questions <br /> pertaining to transactions, requiring more detailed explanation. These personnel shall <br /> be familiar with the City's account(s) and the Banking Services Contract. <br /> Our Relationship Management team assures that the City will always have a local <br /> Relationship Manager with government sector expertise.
