Riverside Neighborhood Improvements - (as amended by Riverside <br /> residents on October 30 , 1979) : <br /> 1. Overlay Cedar, 19th to 21st, widen and install curbs <br /> both sides. There is an additional $400 of funds <br /> from the 1978 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvements <br /> Fund No. 329 , Program 718 , Work Order 713 . <br /> (Estimated Cost: $50 , 000) <br /> 2 . Parking strip Improvements on 21st Street between Cedar <br /> Street and Pine Street. Improvement not completed in <br /> 1978 . <br /> (Estimated Cost: $1 , 500) <br /> 3 . For mailing and copying expenses for Greater Riverside <br /> Organization (G.R.O. ) meetings. This will be paid for <br /> from 1978 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvements Fund <br /> No. 329, Program 718 , Work Order 714 . <br /> (Cost: $300) <br /> 4 . Replace sections of sidewalks on Highland between 23rd <br /> and Everett Avenue. <br /> (Estimated Cost: $12 , 797) <br /> 5 .
