B. Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements: 1. Complete any 1978 Port Gardner Neighborhood projects which were approved by City Council in 1978 but can- not be completed with 1978 Port Gardner Block Grant funds, up to a maximum of $10 , 000 . 2 . Two reflective tape crosswalk signs on the north sides of the 35th and Hoyt intersection and the 36th and Hoyt intersection. (Estimated Cost: $300) 3 . Improvements on 35th from Hoyt to Rucker up to a maximum of $33 , 000 in the following priority: a. curbs and gutters on north and south sides b. sidewalk on south side c. street repairs (fill and overlay) d. driveway and alley apron on north side (Estimated Cost: $33 , 000) 4 . Five street lights and poles : a. northwest corner of Wall and Federal inter- section b. mid-block on west side of 2900 Nassau c. northwest corner of Wall and Nassau inter- section d. mid-block on west side of 3000 Nassau e. northwest corner of Pacific and Nassau inter- section (Estimated Cost : $3 , 500) 5 . Sidewalk (driveway) repair at 3617 Rockefeller. (Estimated Cost: $300) 6 . Improvements on 38th and 39th between Friday and Grand up to a maximum of $25 , 000 in the following priority: a. curbs, gutters, sidewalk and rockery on north side and street repairs on 38th (Estimated Cost: $17 , 793) b. curbs, gutters and sidewalk on north side and street repairs on 39th (Estimated Cost: $14 , 568) 7 . Complete any 1979 or 1980 Port Gardner Neighborhood Projects that were approved by the City Council in 1979 and 1980 but cannot be completed with 1979 or 1980 Port Gardner Block Grant Funds up to a maximum of $15 , 000 . 8 .
