EVERETT DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT — RUCKER AVE. <br /> Agreement with Perteet Inc. July 16, 2018 <br /> Topographic survey mapping will be prepared at a 1 inch .= 20 foot horizontal <br /> scale and a 1 foot vertical contour interval in digital AutoCAD format using <br /> standard City of Everett layering, symbology and attribute conventions. Final <br /> digital files are to be contiguous at a 1 to 1 scale in model space. Point data <br /> blocks will include number identifier, elevation and description fields. Mapping is <br /> to be planimetric with digital terrain modeling. The mapping will comply with the <br /> National Map Accuracy Standards for 1" = 20' scale mapping with 1-foot contour <br /> intervals. <br /> 2.2 Basemapping: <br /> The Consultant will compile the topographic survey and incorporate the data into <br /> the project base map that was previously prepared for the City in the previous <br /> phase of the design. The topographic survey map will be prepared in AutoCAD <br /> Civil 3D format depicting limited features located during the field survey as well <br /> as 1-foot contours and full topographic features in those areas where additional, <br /> detailed topographic surveying is performed as described above. More <br /> specifically: <br /> • Basemap shall incorporate field-located utility appurtenances and sub- <br /> surface utility paint marks. <br /> • Surveyed points will be shown to the nearest 0.01$ on hard surfaces <br /> and 0.1' on unpaved surfaces. <br /> 9 Manholes <br /> • Inverts will be shown for all pipes into or out of structures detailing <br /> pipe diameter and direction.of pipe. <br /> • Pipe connections shown on the plan will be to center of structure. <br /> • <br /> 102 <br /> Page 5 Scope of Services <br />
