The City will take the lead on <br /> coordinating directly with right-of-entry for landowners refusing entry. In no <br /> case shall survey personnel enter private property prior to the right of entry <br /> being obtained. <br /> • Per City of Everett requirements, a Traffic Control Plan (TCP) will be prepared <br /> and submitted to the City for approval if applicable, after which Consultant <br /> shall obtain a City of Everett Right-of-Way Use Permit, <br /> • Finish floor elevations of buildings will NOT be included in the survey. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • The Consultant will provide an electronic basemap file containing the added <br /> surveyed areas noted above using AutoCAD with field survey data, DTM <br /> surface (in those areas receiving full topographic surveying) and support files <br /> suitable for external referencing into design files. <br /> • LandXML files. <br /> • Copies of field notes <br /> • Point list in asci or text format, comma delimited <br /> • Traffic Control Plan (TCP) for approval (if necessary). <br /> Task 3 -- Property Owner Coordination • <br /> The Consultant will coordinate access issues with the coffee stand located at the <br /> northwest corner of Rucker Avenue and California Street. It is anticipated that those <br /> access issues will be the driveway location, and ingress/egress. <br /> This work element shall include the following tasks: <br /> 3.1 Coordination and Meetings: <br /> The Consultant will coordinate with the City and property owner regarding the <br /> access issues at the coffee stand location.
