July 16, 2018 <br /> 3.2 Access Design and Exhibits: <br /> The Consultant will prepare up to two (2) alternative access and ingress/egress <br /> designs for consideration of the property owner and the City. The Consultant <br /> will prepare Exhibits to be used for review and approval and explanation of the <br /> access and ingress/egress movements. The Consultant will perform a site visit to <br /> assess existing site features and access concerns. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> a The City will schedule meetings with property owner. <br /> • This work element does not include topographic survey of site features on the <br /> private property. If it is determined that additional site features must be <br /> surveyed to prepare a design solution, this will be considered an additional <br /> service and may be prepared by the Consultant for supplemental fee to this <br /> Agreement <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Exhibits of alternative access layouts. <br /> Task 4 -- Utility Coordination <br /> The Consultant will coordinate with franchise utilities along the corridor in an effort to <br /> identify and possibly avoid utility conflicts. <br /> The following franchise utilities have facilities within the project limits as previously <br /> identified: <br /> ® Frontier— Telephone <br /> • Snohomish County PUD — Power <br /> • Puget Sound Energy — Gas <br /> • Comcast — Cable (not currently shown on topographic base map, however will <br /> contact as a confirmation) <br /> page 8 105 Scope of Services - <br />
