You stated that a condition precedent <br /> to issuing the deck permit is for the Marchuk Family to obtain a residential certificate of <br /> occupancy- a permit that the building has not had since the mid 1990's. Please confirm <br /> that a residential certificate of occupancy is required for the Marchuk Family to reside <br /> in the house. Please confirm that a residential certificate of occupancy is required, in the <br /> City's opinion, before the deck permit is issued in the application's present state.
