EXHIBIT A <br /> Scope of Work <br /> will be to gain a high-level understanding of the current uses of automated systems, and the <br /> group's automated system needs, as well as the potential for inclusion with Maintenance and <br /> Operations updated automation system. <br /> LAC anticipates sixteen(16)hours s of effort to accomplish this sub-task. <br /> TASK B1.3—Interview and evaluation of Parks <br /> Within this subtask, LAC will interview the Manager of the Parks Department, along with other <br /> key knowledgeable staff of operations and the various systems they utilize. In addition, LAC will <br /> observe the use of current automated systems and some field assets, including up to two (2) <br /> County park sites. The purpose of this effort will be to gain a high-level understanding of the <br /> current uses of automated systems, and the group's automated system needs, as well as potential <br /> for inclusion with Maintenance and Operations updated automation systems. <br /> LAC anticipates sixteen(16) hours of effort to accomplish this sub-task. <br /> TASK B1.4—Compile and Present Results <br /> All subtasks will be compiled in a simple outline of 6-8 pages, indicating the existing systems <br /> and group desires, along with issues and opportunities. Two (2) meetings will be planned to <br /> review LAC's suggestions for integration and inclusion within the RFP. <br /> LAC anticipates twenty(20)hours of effort to accomplish this subtask. <br /> City assistance: Coordinate meetings with various departments,then set up a meeting for LAC to <br /> report results of the analysis and receive feedback. - <br /> End Product: Present and document the feasibility of inclusion and integration of specific <br /> operational groups within the County. <br /> TASK B-2—DRAFT RFP,ASSIST IN SELECTION OF NEW CMMS <br /> The efforts for this task will include drafting the request for proposal (RFP), and assisting in the <br /> selection process of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Work will <br /> include the ability to use the system at all levels for work planning and managing, which <br /> includes the ability to plan, cost, monitor and improve. A new system will be selected through a <br /> competitive process. This includes four subtasks. <br /> Task B-2.1 —Prepare Draft Software RFP to Meet Goals <br /> LAC will be working with the committee to draft an RFP and will also work with IT and <br /> Procurement to help in developing a document that can be prepared for solicitation. LAC will <br /> also provide a list of those known CMMS vendors added to the City's list of potential bidders. <br /> After completion of the RFP and prior to vendor submittals, LAC will meet with the selection <br /> panel to ensure complete understanding of the scope. Three meetings are anticipated with one <br /> on-site. <br /> City assistance: Coordinate meeting with IT and Procurement, then set up a meeting with <br /> selection panel. <br /> Task B-2.2—Provide Technical Support and Guide in the Selection Process <br /> 8/14/18 Exhibit A- 11 City of Everett,WA <br />
