, 1 Section 1: In addition to sewer connection permit fees as currently required 2 by Everett Municipal Code 14.08.130, or as such may be amended, and in addition to the 3 sewer lateral and trunk connection fees as currently established under Everett 4 Municipal Code 14.04.090, 14.04.100, 14.04.120 and 14.04.130, or as such may be 5 amended, there is hereby imposed upon, and the owners of properties which have not 6 paid an equitable share of the cost of the City's sewerage system under the sewer 7 system charges established under Ordinance No. 3731 and as later charged under 8 subsequent ordinance, shall pay, prior to connection to a City sewer, a special 9 connection charge in an amount to be computed as follows: 10 A. Area _1 - (North and South Central), as shown on the attached map 11 which is hereby incorporated by reference: 12 $221 for each direct connection to the Everett public sewer system of a single family residence. 13 $322 for direct connection to the Everett public sewer system of a 14 duplex. 15 $429 for direct connection to the Everett public sewer system of a triplex or three family structure 16 $572 for direct connection to the Everett public sewer system of a 17 fourplex or four family structure. 18 B. Area 2- (South End Interceptor), as shown on the attached map: 19 $263 for each direct connection to the Everett public sewer system 20 of a single family residence. 21 $384 for direct connection to the Everett public sewer system of a duplex. 22 $510 for direct connection to the Everett public sewer system of a 23 triplex or three family structure. 24 $680 for direct connection to the Everett public sewer system of a fourplex or four famliy structure. 25 26 C.
