. ►\ <br /> 3) A nonconforming use in a nonconforming building may be changed <br /> only to use of an equal or less intensive classification than <br /> the former use. <br /> 4) Expansion of an existing nonconforming use may be possible per <br /> Paragraph J of this Section. <br /> G. TERMINATION OR REACTIVATION <br /> Any nonconforming building which has been unoccupied for two years <br /> or more shall not be reoccupied except by a conforming use permit or <br /> after review and approval by the Board of Adjustment through the Condi- <br /> tional Use Permit process. (19.60.010) <br /> H. APPLICATION - SUBMITTAL <br /> 1) Applications for nonconforming use permits shall be submitted <br /> on forms provided by the Planning Department. <br /> 2) The Planning Director may refuse to accept an application where <br /> he finds said application to be incomplete, inaccurate or other- <br /> wise deficient. <br /> I. APPLICATION - CONTENT <br /> All applications for a nonconforming use permit shall contain the <br /> following: <br /> 1) A completed application form as provided by the Department of <br /> Public Services. <br /> 2) A valid legal description of the property. <br /> 3) A list of names and addresses of all property owners <br /> within 500 feet of the proposed use. (1) <br /> 4) A description of the proposed use including its essential <br /> elements and functions. <br /> 5) A site plan drawn to standard scale showing: <br /> a) The general location of the site (vicinity map) . <br /> b) Location and size of any new structures or existing structures. <br /> c) Pedestrian and vehicular access and circulation. <br /> d) Off-street parking facilities. <br /> (1) Only needed when expansion is proposed. <br /> - 3 - <br />
