A fee for each building <br /> permit or inspection shall be paid to the Building Official as set forth <br /> 3 hereafter and in Table No. 3-A. <br /> 4 1. Swimming Pools. $ 50.00 <br /> 5 2. Temporary Structures. The permit fee for temporary office <br /> structures, such as trailers, mobile homes, commercial coaches, <br /> 6 prefabricated structures, etc., shall be Fifty Dollars ($50) for one <br /> year or fraction thereof, and Fifty Dollars ($50) for each renewal; <br /> 7 except, this fee shall not apply to any site where a valid building <br /> permit is in force. <br /> 8 <br /> 3. Combination Fees. When all permits, including building, (as set <br /> 9 forth in Section 303(a) 1. plumbing, and mechanical are issued on <br /> the same permit, then the plumbing and mechanical permit fee <br /> 10 shall be waived and when the plumbing and mechanical permits are <br /> issued on the same permit, the plumbing or mechanical permit may <br /> 11 be waived. However, equipment and fixture fees shall be paid as <br /> set forth in this Code. <br /> 12 <br /> 4. Alternate Fees. When a building, plumbing or mechanical permit is <br /> 13 issued separately, the permit fee for each, together with all <br /> fixtures and equipment fees, shall be paid as set forth in this Code. <br /> 14 <br /> The determination of value or valuation under any of the provisions <br /> 15 of this Code shall be made by the Building Official. The valuation <br /> to be used in computing the permit and plan-check fees shall be the <br /> 16 total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued, <br /> as well as all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, <br /> 17 heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing systems and <br /> any other permanent work or permanent equipment. <br /> 18 <br /> Where work for which a permit is required by this Code is started <br /> 19 or proceeded with prior to obtaining said permit, the fees specified <br /> in Table No. 3-A shall be doubled, but the payment of such double <br /> 20 fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the <br /> requirements of this Code in the execution of the work nor from <br /> 21 any other penalties prescribed herein. <br /> 22 5. Safety Inspection. On request of the owner or his authorized agent, <br /> a safety inspection of any building will be conducted to determine <br /> 23 compliance with the minimum requirements of this Code. A fee <br /> for this inspection shall be charged as follows: <br /> 24 <br /> A.
