Sect. 090 Supplementary Maps • <br /> The following features and information shall be shown on <br /> maps or drawings supplementary to the proposed plat: <br /> (a) The name or title of the proposed short subdivision. <br /> (b) The date, true north and scale. <br /> (c) The boundary lines, accurate and to scale of the lots <br /> or tracts which will form the approved subdivision. <br /> (d) Location, width and names of all existing or platted streets <br /> or other public ways adjacent to the proposed short sub- <br /> division and any other important features such as permanent <br /> buildings, water courses, railroad lines, municipal boundaries. <br /> (e) The location of all existing sewers, water mains, fire hydrants <br /> and culverts within the tract and immediately adjacent thereto <br /> as far as can be determined. <br /> (f) Contours referenced to datum acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> (g) The profile and tentative grades of proposed new public streets <br /> or rights-of-way. <br /> Sect. 100 Application Fee <br /> A fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) for each lot contained within <br /> the proposed short plat shall be paid to the City at the time the ap- <br /> plication is submitted. <br /> Sect. 110 Application Procedure <br /> Each short subdivision application shall be submitted on a <br /> form provided for that purpose by the City Engineer and shall be <br /> accompanied by the following: <br /> (a) An accurate legal description of the area involved in the <br /> subdivision together with any and all restrictive covenants or <br /> liens on the property. <br /> (b) An accurate legal description of each of the proposed lots <br /> including any proposed covenants. <br /> (c) A proposed plat in accordance with the requirements of Section <br /> 060 of this Chapter. <br /> (d) Supplementary map/s in accordance with the requirements of <br /> Section 090 of this Chapter. <br /> (e) The names and addresses of the owners of record of property <br /> contiguous to the proposed short plat. <br /> (f) A statement of acknowledgment signed by all persons having an <br /> interest in the land being subdivided indicating that they <br /> are aware that an application to subdivide will be made, or <br /> alternatively a signed statement by the applicant confirming <br /> that a legal action for transfer of ownership to the applicant <br /> has been initiated and so far as the applicant is aware, there <br /> is no impediment to the completion of the transfer. <br /> (g) A written statement from the Snohomish Health District which <br /> certifies those lots suitable for a sewage disposal system. <br /> For all lots unable to pass the perc test, an appropriate <br /> restrictive covenant shall be provided which acknowledges the <br /> unsuitability of such lots for separate sewage disposal and <br /> allows for removal of the restrictions only by authority of the <br /> City Engineer, or his designee, upon certification that such <br /> lots have either successfully passed a perc test or have sewers <br /> fronting on the property boundary. This written statement <br /> and/or restrictive covenant shall be required only if an <br /> authorized connection to an existing public sanitary sewer is <br /> not available. <br /> (h) A drainage plan for control of stormwater runoff. <br /> -3- <br />
